Train Incident At The Delancey Street Station
As we were walking over to the flashing lights, we could see people looking down into the subway. When we approached a bystander and asked him what had happened, he told us that someone either committed suicide or was just lying on the tracks, neither of which was confirmed. The police declined to comment
