On a hot and humid day people gathered to protest BP on Lafayette Street
On June 8th at around 5:30 PM a massive fire broke out on avenue A and Houston Street, but was contained quickly, the black billowing smoke could be seen all the way from Brooklyn. Thankfully no one was injured.
